Optimize assembly processes for precision and efficiency in automotive production.

Custom machines in automotive automation are specially designed to meet the unique needs of a particular process or task within the production line. Unlike standard equipment, these machines are tailored to handle specific parts, assemblies, and production requirements. This level of customization allows for greater flexibility and adaptability in production, enabling manufacturers to handle complex tasks with higher precision.

The Role of Custom Machines in Automotive Manufacturing

Custom machines play a critical role in automotive manufacturing by enhancing precision, efficiency, and flexibility throughout the production process. Some contributions are precision, speed, complex component production, flexibility in design, and integration with existing systems.

Our Process

Solving our customer’s toughest automation needs — we make machines that help optimize manufacturing processes. This includes, but is not limited to, increasing efficiency, quality, safety, and production.

01

DESIGN & ENGINEER

Our mechanical and electrical controls engineering teams work with our clients to make sure each project is designed to meet every specification and requirement

02

BUILD

Our machine builders and electricians assemble each system in-house, working with our engineering teams to provide a robust machine.

03

TEST & RUN-OFF

Each SDC system undergoes rigorous machine testing, otherwise known as run-off, to pass client acceptance criteria before they leave our facility.

04

SUPPORT

We value long-term partnerships and stand behind our custom automated systems. For as long as the machine is in production, we’ll provide support.
