A returning customer in the alternative energy industry needed a way to control and test humidity in a downstream process for the manufacturing of solar panels.

Operating pressure at the inlet: 1.00 PSIG

Max. pressure at the inlet: 25.00 PSIG

Gas – air

Flow rate – 60 liters per minute

The Solution:

The automated system created by the SDC team provides closed loop control of air stream humidity passing through a solar panel manufacturing cell. To control the humidity, the system automatically adjusts the flow rate of the air by opening and closing valves, controlling air flow and gas flow that passes through the water tanks, also known as bubblers.
