These are the terms and conditions for the Steven Douglas Corporation (“SDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) text messaging program. This page describes how SDC sends and receives text messages (SMS/MMS) with customers, vendors, and business contacts through our business phone system. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which covers all other information we collect.

Messages are sent by SDC employees on a person-to-person basis. We do not send automated marketing or promotional text messages.
By providing your mobile number to an SDC employee — verbally, by email, in person, or on a business document — you consent to receive text messages from SDC employees for the business purposes described above. Consent is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to receive any product or service from SDC. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your interactions with SDC staff.
SDC does not charge for text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To stop receiving text messages from SDC, reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT to any message from us. You may also ask any SDC employee directly to stop texting you.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
